For me, one of the most transformative lessons came during my training as a soul reader and energy healer—when I was first introduced to the idea of karmic patterns.

Karmic patterns are energetic blueprints—cycles of thought, behavior, or sacrifice that echo from lifetime to lifetime. They’re not punishments. They’re invitations.
