How Flying Upstream Was Born
Two Women. One Question
Before this blog was a sacred space for soul-rooted stories and aligned energy, Flying Upstream began as a podcast—a collaboration between two women navigating seismic shifts in life, identity, and the work toward purpose.
Kristyn and I met in a digital course about creating online courses (yes, the universe really works like that). What started as a simple exchange quickly evolved into something much deeper: two parallel journeys of awakening, both living and creating our lives asking the same powerful question:
“What would it look like if we all live and build in full alignment with our values?“
I invited Kristyn onto my first podcast, Silky Tales, and after our first few episodes, we knew we were onto something. That spark became a shared mission: to amplify the stories of those brave enough to take the less-traveled road—to leave behind the version of success they were handed and create something entirely new.
Flying Upstream is the space where we hold those conversations—real, raw, and soul-deep. It’s where healing meets hustle, intuition meets strategy, and past versions of ourselves meet the future we’re calling in.
